Road Transport
The Unionsped team identifies the best logistics solution for both full and partial loads and groupage, ranging from dedicated or express transport to out-of-gauge design and handling.
The group’s fleet includes, in addition to curtain-sided trucks, low-bed megatrailers and road trains, the following special vehicles for loading loose or packaged goods:
- Isothermal and refrigerated trucks for transporting
- temperature-controlled, refrigerated or frozen goods (food, chemical, pharmaceutical products)
- Vans and tractors with a capacity of 1 to 6 tons, also with hydraulic tail lift
- Walking floor vehicles
Cradles and low-beds for loading out-of-gauge and/or extra-weight goods - Trucks with ADR equipment for transporting dangerous goods
Rail and intermodal transport
- transfer of goods to the loading station by truck service
- loading and securing of the material on wagons
- sending the wagon to loading/unloading at connected depots
- assistance and organization of transhipments for goods destined for countries with different gauges
Exceptional transport
- analysis of the route and the necessary routing
- identification of the type of suitable vehicle
- management of loading/unloading operations
- development of the load securing scheme and covering it with special tarpaulins

Ocean Transport
- Planning of FCL / LCL Break Bulk, Ro/Ro, Cross-Trade services.
- Management of import/export customs procedures and VAT storage if required both at the port of arrival and at internal customs
- Container sale/rental Possible unloading of containers at our warehouses for logistics operations
- All risks insurance in relation to the nature of the goods transported and the route covered
- Home delivery with dedicated vehicles and/or through direct positioning of containers
- Constant monitoring and real-time updating of the shipment status and delivery forecast
Air Transport
The Unionsped air department, in collaboration with selected Air partners, carefully follows the shipments of loose or palletized goods, even dangerous ones, both in import and export, fully respecting the ISO 9001:2008 standards.
The goods are collected and delivered all over the world through direct, consolidated, back-to-back and charter shipments, managing logistics and distribution operations if necessary and ensuring real-time monitoring of shipments.
The study and transport of out-of-gauge goods by charter or scheduled cargo aircraft is also guaranteed.
